How do I Purchase?????
Step 1: Select the product(s) that you wish to buy
and email your order according to the to fashionable_fashion@hotmail.com.

Step 2: "Purchasing Order" email will be send back to you. *Kindly note that if you choose register postage,
there will be an additional of SGD$3*

Step 3: After you have transfer your payment,
you will receive a "Confirmation Order" email.

Step 4: We will send out your orders within the next 2days if it's instock!!!! *Kindly wait for 2weeks for PREORDERS, thank you*

Q1: How long will I get my products?
Ans: If we have the stock on hand, you will get it within 3-5 working days.
Otherwise, it will requires approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the stock availability after payment is received.

Q2: What size should I buy?
Ans: Detailed measurements are given for all clothes.
Please ensure the item size you purchased fits you
as we do not allow exchange or refund after selling the items.

Q3: What is your delivery rate?
Ans: Free normal postage but for register postage customers,
please add SGD$3 to each top you purchase.

Q4: What is the payment mode?
Ans: Bank transfer to POSB Bank
*If you wish to transfer to other bank like OCBC and UOB,
please contact us through email*

Q5: Can I make payment on the day of delivery?
Ans: As per our website policy and online shopping practices,
we apologise that we are not able to deliver your order
before or on the day of payment received.

Q6: What happened if the product that I had paid is not available?
Ans: You will have the following options:
(a) Wait for 2-3 weeks for the new stock arrival.
(b) Exchange for other item.
If the product that you exchange is of higher value,
you will be required to top up the differences.
(c) Request for a refund.

Q7: Can I request for exchange or refund after receiving my products?
Ans: Exchange is only allow if we deliver the wrong products to you.
For example, wrong sizes, colors or styles from what you have ordered.

Q8: What is your Return Policy?
Ans: Customers are only allow to return the products
with the following conditions: i) The products to be returned within 5 working days.
ii) Products are returned in original packaging
and have not worn or washed before.

Q9: Does the actual products look exactly the same as the pictures in the website?
The colors or quality of the products shown on the site
may be slightly different from the actual products
due to the resolution of your computer and products
may not be 100% identical to the photos.

1st payment: Amt in NT x 0.055 + $1.50 handling fee per item + shipping cost (refer below)

Refunds will be made in case of OOS.
Waiting time after spree closes will be approximately 2 weeks if there's no restocking needed, 9 weeks if restocking is needed.

hi hi,

the first batch of tops had just arrived yesterday and I'm sending them out within the next 2days... However, there are some stocks that have yet to arrive.. They are as follow:

FF5 Collar shirt black
FF6 Satin beauty
FF11 Queen Lacy tee
FF10 Checkered Cool Shirt
FF14 2pc Matching Toyko Top

As for FF5, FF6 and FF11 they will arrive in Singapore on 28 Jun so i'll send them out once I receive them....

As for FF10 and FF14, they will only reach Singapore in July as the manufacturer are manufacturing them now... =)

For those who had ordered the items above and who do not wish to wait for their tops to arrive, you can actually choose to exchange for other tops available in our instock page...
(pls email us for the change and take note you can only change for items that are of the same price or higher.. No refund will be given!!)
